Alyssa Mieli:

Living in Reading all of my life, as the only daughter in a family with 4 brothers, and a father who is a former Police Chief - I KNOW READING!!!
I raised my adult daughter here, and along with my husband, have the joy of raising my son, now a young teen. Graduating from Reading High School, I then went on to Salem State College and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geography…yet, I am still grateful for GPS!!!
I have always worked and enjoyed success in the marketing and sales industry and most recently, am also serving as an assistant to Realtors at Colonial Manor Realty. In doing so, I have enjoyed learning every aspect of the business, from the very BEST in the business. As a licensed real estate assistant, you may see me from time to time at an open house, I may accompany you on a showing, or I may lend a hand in staging your home for sale. It’s often stated how much I am appreciated in the office, and everyone is always grateful for the services I provide, which I in turn appreciate very much! They call me “Special Agent Alyssa!” Colonial Manor Realty is a wonderful place to work, where I witness everyday their motto coming true…”It’s not about houses, it’s about people!!”
As much as I love people, I love my 3 dogs…some will say even MORE!!! I have the honor of serving as a volunteer at Harvey’s Hope Animal Rescue, as I feel it is AS IMPORTANT that our furry friends ALSO find the perfect home!!!
I look forward to serving the Agents and Clients of Colonial Manor Realty for years to come, and welcome you warmly to becoming a part of our real estate family! If there’s anything I can do for you…I too am here to work for YOU!!!

Having grown up in the business since I was nine years old, with my mother, Bobbie Botticelli being co-owner of Colonial Manor Realty, I truly learned the ropes thru osmosis. From taking detailed customer calls at home to helping my mother and her business partner establish their company, I learned how to be a Realtor with on the job training. I earned my real estate license in 2003, and begun my real estate career. Having enjoyed every moment since.
My husband, Peter and I raised our two children Isabella and Robert in Reading and know only too well the excitement that comes with owning your own home. I enjoy the art of promoting properties with todays ever changing technology and have found this to be an invaluable asset when representing clients.
I welcome the opportunity to talk with you via email, text, phone or in person. Let’s take this journey together.

Tom Duncan, "Guy Friday"

When something needs to get done, Tom is the guy who makes it happen. Whether he's hauling excess furnishings from a cluttered basement, patching drywall, painting woodwork, fixing storm doors, or installing handrails for safer showings, Tom is Rick's trusted go-to handyman-and then some.
As Colonial Manor Realty's sign installer, Tom ensures every listing starts with a strong first impression. He knows that attention to detail and professionalism matter, not just the the homes, but for the entire image of the office and its agents.
You'll often find Tom working side-by-side with Robin, Rick's exclusive stager, tackling the heavy lifting-literally. From couches to 10X12 rugs, if there's something large in and in charge in your staged home, there's a good chance Tom had a hand (and a strong back) in getting it there.
